In the centre of our architect designed facility is our Cellar Door. This is the home of Roche Wines and Tempus Two Wines. Upon entry to our cellar be greeted by our cool solo guitarist or the funky chill-out beats that fill the air and create a unique and modern atmosphere. Beyond the glass doors our cellar is decorated with an intricate floor mosaic. Our handcrafted Italian bottles with distinct Copper and Pewter labels are all about a combination of new wave winemaking techniques and innovative packaging. Our dynamic winemaker Liz Jackson puts much care and effort into sourcing only the finest quality grapes, not only from the Hunter Valley but Australia wide.
If wine isn't your thing, look no further as we also cater for the non-wine drinker or designated driver. Our designer Venus Lounge, smothered with plush cushions and walls splashed with brightly coloured designer fabric is the ultimate place to relax. Our young, energetic and informative staff, are all highly trained and aim to create a relaxed, comfortable and personal experience, unique in the Hunter Valley.
